Wedding Sparkle

Hi dreamers,

Today’s first post in our Wedding Series is simply a little inspiration! I love all things sparkly and shiny, so weddings definitely make the list. Perusing Style Me Pretty, a fantastic wedding blog with daily wedding posts, is a pretty common occurence (especially since my best friend just got engaged and I now have an excuse!)  The weddings are beautiful and all the details are always just right.  One of my favorite trends I’ve spotted this winter is a wonderful touch and a great photo op.  Many of these women are wearing sparkly shoes under their gowns (mostly of the Jimmy Choo variety…)  What a wonderful touch!?  Your wedding shoes aren’t often seen, but when they are why not have a stunning pair on?!  The sparkles would be hard to pull off during the spring or summer, but seem elegant enough for winter when you can handle the extra pizzazz.  See the beautiful images below, courtesy of Style Me Pretty.

This New Jersey bride’s amazingly adorable flats are the perfect finishing touch to a long day of standing.  You could even change into them for the reception only!
